Bring professional-style performance and everyday versatility to your kitchen with the Stellar Eclipse 5 Piece Uncoated Cookware Set STPC1U. Featuring advanced tri-ply construction with bonded layers of steel, aluminium and steel, this comprehensive cookware set is designed for fast, responsive heating and excellent temperature control.

The set includes a 14cm 1L milk pan, 16cm 1.25L saucepan, 18cm 2L saucepan, 20cm 2.5L saucepan and 26cm frying pan, providing a versatile collection for everything from sauces and vegetables to pasta, family meals, frying and searing.

Unlike the earlier STPC1 configuration, the STPC1U is the uncoated version, providing traditional stainless steel cooking surfaces throughout the set. Suitable for all major hob types including induction, dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 240°C including the lids, it’s designed for versatile everyday cooking.

Advanced Tri-Ply Construction

At the heart of the Stellar Eclipse collection is its tri-ply construction, created from three bonded layers of steel, aluminium and steel.

The aluminium layer provides excellent heat conductivity, while the steel layers provide strength and durable cooking surfaces. Together, this multi-layer construction delivers the responsive performance that defines the Eclipse range.

Fast, Responsive & Consistent Heating

Stellar Eclipse cookware is designed to heat up and cool down more quickly than a traditional thermic pan, providing greater control when adjusting cooking temperatures.

The cookware also requires less power to warm up, while heat radiates throughout the base and up the sides of the pans to help maintain a consistent internal cooking temperature.

This responsive performance is particularly useful when preparing sauces, simmering ingredients or moving quickly between different cooking temperatures.

Five Versatile Pans for Everyday Cooking

The Stellar Eclipse STPC1U combines five useful cookware sizes:

• 14cm Milk Pan – 1 Litre Capacity
• 16cm Saucepan – 1.25 Litre Capacity
• 18cm Saucepan – 2 Litre Capacity
• 20cm Saucepan – 2.5 Litre Capacity
• 26cm Frying Pan

The smaller milk pan is useful for sauces, liquids and smaller quantities, while the three graduated saucepans cover a broad range of everyday cooking tasks. The 26cm frying pan completes the collection with plenty of cooking surface for frying, browning and searing.

Uncoated Stainless Steel Cooking Surfaces

The STPC1U is an uncoated cookware set, making it a particularly appealing option for cooks who prefer traditional stainless steel cooking surfaces rather than non-stick coatings.

Uncoated cookware is well suited to a wide variety of cooking techniques and is particularly useful when browning and searing ingredients to develop colour and flavour.

Versatile Saucepan Sizes

The three lidded saucepans provide graduated capacities for different quantities and recipes.

The compact 16cm 1.25L saucepan is ideal for smaller portions, while the 18cm 2L saucepan provides additional everyday versatility. For larger quantities, the 20cm saucepan offers a 2.5L capacity, making it useful for vegetables, pasta, potatoes and family portions.

14cm Milk Pan

The compact 14cm milk pan has a 1-litre capacity, making it a useful addition for smaller kitchen tasks.

Use it for warming liquids, preparing sauces, melting ingredients and cooking smaller quantities where a full-size saucepan would be unnecessarily large.

26cm Frying Pan

A versatile 26cm uncoated frying pan completes the five-piece collection, providing a generous cooking surface for everyday frying, browning and searing.

The tri-ply construction provides the same responsive heat control found throughout the Eclipse range, allowing the frying pan to react quickly as you adjust the hob temperature.

Suitable for All Hob Types Including Induction

The Stellar Eclipse STPC1U cookware is suitable for all major hob types, including:

• Induction
• Gas
• Halogen
• Ceramic
• Solid plate

This broad compatibility makes the set suitable for a wide variety of kitchens and means you won’t necessarily need to replace your cookware if you change hob type in the future.

Oven Safe up to 240°C Including Lids

The Stellar Eclipse cookware is oven safe up to 240°C, including the lids, providing excellent flexibility for hob-to-oven recipes.

You can begin suitable dishes on the hob before transferring the cookware directly into the oven to continue or finish cooking without changing pans.

Dishwasher Safe

The complete STPC1U cookware set is dishwasher safe, making cleaning more convenient after everyday cooking.

The uncoated construction also means there is no non-stick coating to maintain across the cookware in this particular set.

The Stellar Eclipse STPC1U is backed by the Stellar Lifetime Guarantee, providing additional reassurance when investing in premium cookware intended for regular long-term use.

Guarantee cover remains subject to Stellar’s applicable terms, conditions and care requirements.
